Adam M. Smith Gladys, VA - Adam Michial Smith, 25, formerly of Seagrove, died Thursday, November 27, 2008, in Lynchburg, Virginia. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 3, 2008, at Star House of Praise with the Rev. Phil Staton officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Smith was a native of Moore County and was a cattle farmer. Surviving are his parents, Alan and Zel Davis, of Seagrove; sisters, Terri Honeycutt of Biscoe, Kasi Russell of Star; grandparents, Harvey and Estelle Davis, of Seagrove. The family will receive friends from 7 - 9 p.m.Tuesday, December 2, 2008, at Phillips Funeral Home in Star. The family is being served by Phillips Funeral Home in Star.
