Aileen Lemonds Hare

Asheboro - Hazel Aileen Lemonds Hare, 79, of 3511 Grantville Lane, died Thursday, November 3, 2011, at Sandy Ridge Assisted Living in Candor. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, November 6, 2011, at Asbury Baptist Church, where she was a member, with the Rev. Wayne Bryson and Rev. Clay Davis officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Hare was born in Moore County to Marvin and Hazel Haywood Lemonds. She was a former employee of General Electric and The Courier-Tribune. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Junior and Reece Lemonds. She is survived by her husband, Cloves Hare, of the home; son, Ronnie Hare, of Asheboro; brother, Jack Lemonds and wife, Grace, of Asheboro; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Saturday, November 5, 2011, at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star.
