Aleen D. McGill

Aleen Dunlap McGill, age 96, of Friends Home Guilford, in Greensboro, died Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at Wesley Long Community Hospital in Greensboro. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, December 26, 2009, at Union Grove Baptist Church, where she was a member, with Dr. Ron Chaney officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. McGill was a native of Moore County and was retired from Cascade of Burlington Industries in Mooresville. She delivered Meals on Wheels in Mooresville with her husband, James McGill, who preceded her in death. Surviving are: Brother Walter Junior Dunlap and his wife, Geneva, of Seagrove Sister-in-law Lora Mae Dunlap Nieces/Caregivers Peggy Trogdon Inez Asbill Several other nieces and nephews The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM, Saturday, December 26, 2009, at the church.
