Beatrice Overton
Beatrice Kennedy Overton, age 86, of Biscoe, passed away on September 29, 2026, at Autumn Care.
Beatrice was born on April 4, 1940, in Montgomery County to George and Sarah English Kennedy.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John Overton and grandson James Epps.
She is survived by her daughter Janet Yurick of Biscoe, brother Dudley Kennedy of Biscoe, sister Mary Sigmon of Matthews, and niece Judy Brinkman of Asheboro.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 am with Rev. Rebecca Chapman officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00-10:45 am. Burial will follow at Biscoe Cemetery.
