EAGLE SPRINGS - Betty Lou Chriscoe, 74, formerly of 7160 HWY 705, Eagle Springs, NC, died Saturday, January 11, 2014 at FirstHealth Moore Regional . Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 14, at Crossroads Baptist Church, Robbins, with the Rev. Mike E. Holyfield and Rev. Michael Parenti officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Chriscoe was born in Moore County to Clarence Edward and Blanche Garner Chriscoe. She worked in the furniture manufacturing industry. Surviving are her daughter, Phyllis Epps (Donald) of Eagle Springs; son, Jimmy Chriscoe (Kim), of Robbins; brother, Clifford Chriscoe (Chloe), of Robbins; three grandchldren; three great-grandchildren; ten step great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 7:00 - 9:00 pm Monday, January 13, at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star.
