She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Betty will be remembered as a woman of great faith, who loved her family, friends, and church. She had a heart of gold and a special love for children and animals. She was always more than willing to lend a helping hand and loved to cook for anyone.

Betty had the sweetest smile and sparkling blue eyes. She loved being helpful at church and was constantly thinking of others. If Betty knew your address, there was always a good chance that you would be receiving a card from her.

One of her favorite things to do was to read her Bible daily. She loved her Lord and Savior.

On behalf of Betty, we would like to say thank you to all of her church family, friends, and family for all of your prayers, visits, calls, cards, and flowers. It meant so much to her.

Memorials may be made in her memory to Mt. Zion Wesleyan Church, 445 Mt. Zion Church Road, Seagrove, NC 27341.
