Billy Myrick

Roy Lee "Billy" Myrick Jr., age 76, of Biscoe, passed away on May 15, 2026, at his home.

Billy was born on June 18, 1949, in Montgomery County to Roy Lee and Ava Moore Myrick Sr.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter Tonya Lynn Craig and great grandparents Jim and Elvie Moore 

He is survived by his daughters Tammy Myrick (Danny) of Chesterfield, SC, Crystal Bowden of Troy; sons Timmy Myrick (Paula) of Vass, Brandon Myrick of Biscoe, Ryan Myrick (Sara) of Troy and Nathan Myrick of Garner. Sisters Thelma Luck of Biscoe, Pat Davis (Al) of Troy, and Gail Hinsley of Asheboro; brothers Jesse Myrick (Wanda) of Asheboro, Wayne Myrick of York, SC; Grady Myrick of Candor and David Cain (Alisa) of Candor. As well as thirteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on May 19, 2026, at 4:00 pm at Victory Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Fleshman officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00-3:45 pm prior to the service. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Billy's memory to Victory Baptist Church.
