Calvin Royce Hayes

Seagrove - Calvin Royce Hayes, 59, died Monday, January 4, 2016, at his residence.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, January 7, 2016, at Antioch Christian Church with the Rev. Craig Asbill officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Hayes was born in Randolph County to the late Henry Coley and Josephine Ruth Oates Hayes. He was a former furniture worker.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Williamson Hayes, of the home; son, Jason Hayes (Leslie), of Seagrove; step-daughter, Chantal Tuttle (fiance, Jon Foss) of Charlotte; step-son, Jacob Tuttle, of Carthage; brothers, Larry Hayes of Asheboro, Danny Hayes (Lisa) of Randleman; sister, Leona Hayes, of Level Cross; granddaughter, Eliza Hayes, of Seagrove.
