Portsmouth, VA - Catherine Brown, 61, entered the arms of Jesus on Monday Oct. 25, 2010. Catherine is survived by her husband, David Brown; daughter Christine L. Pearce, her husband, James, and their children Emily and Grace; daughter, Angela Scott Rosette, her husband, Javier, and their son, Darby; brother, William Joseph Stutts, Jr. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday in Good News Baptist Church with visitation one hour prior to the service starting at 1:00 p.m. A graveside funeral service will be held at Leach Cemetery in Star, NC at 11:00 a.m. Saturday.
