Daniel "Halford" O'Quinn

Daniel "Halford" O'Quinn, age 88, of Robbins, went to be with his Lord and Savior on September 20, 2024, at his home.

He was born in Harnett County to Daniel and Lillie Gilchrist O'Quinn on November 09, 1935. Halford was a devoted and loving husband and father. His family was his top priority. He was a hard worker and enjoyed working the farm with his son and also helping his daughter and son in law in the pottery shop.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter Gail O'Quinn, grandmother Molly O'Quinn, brothers Hinton, Odell and Neulon O'Quinn.

Halford is survived by his wife, Ruth Teague O'Quinn of the home; son Danny O'Quinn, daughter Sandra O'Quinn and husband Glenn McNeill; loving care giver Connie Mabe-Ramey all of Seagrove; as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.

He will lie in repose at Phillips Funeral Home on Monday, September 23, 2024, from 9:00 to 1:00 pm.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 23, 2024, at Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery at 2:00 pm with Dr. Ron Chaney officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family request monetary donations be made to Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 7912 Union Grove Church Rd., Seagrove, NC 27341.
