Danny Ray Smith
Danny Ray Smith, age 78, of Shallotte, passed away on May 27, 2022.
Danny was born in Montgomery County on July 26, 1943 to Dewey and Era Brooks Smith.
In addition to his parents, Danny was preceded in death by his brother William Carl Smith.
He is survived by his sons Chris Smith of Candor; Jeffrey Smith (Dilia Rhodes) of Jamestown; grandchildren Holly Smith, Michael Smith and Julia Smith.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at Phillips Funeral Home from 5:00-7:00 pm.
A graveside service is planned for Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at Candor Cemetery at 10:00 am.
