Donald Eugene Lambeth

Star - Donald Eugene Lambeth, 71, of 135 Edgewood Circle, died Tuesday, July 26, 2011, at his residence. Graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, July 29, 2011, at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, Spring Lake with a US Air Force Chaplain officiating. He was born in High Point to Eugene and Vera Nora Mae Staton Lambeth and was a retired truck driver. He was a retired veteran of the US Air Force with 23 years of service where he served during the Vietnam Era. Surviving are his son, Will Lambeth, of Star; sister, Doris L. Warren, of Roseboro; two grandchildren, Colby and Skylar Lambeth. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Thursday, July 28, 2011, at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star.
