Seagrove - Dorothy Page Yow, 92, of 496 Yow Road, died Monday, January 7, 2013, at her home.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, January 9, 2013, at Mt.
Zion Wesleyan Church, where she was a member, with the Rev. Andrew Hurlburt officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Yow was born in Randolph County to Jesse and Lula Hancock Page and was a retired chicken farmer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey H. Yow and son, Harvey Leon Yow.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Emma J. Chrisco Yow, of Seagrove; granddaughter, Jennifer Yow Hamrick, of Seagrove.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Tuesday, January 8, 2013, at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star.
Memorials may be made to Mt. Zion Wesleyan Church, 620 Yow Road, Seagrove, NC 27341.
