Earl Ray Williams

Earl Ray Williams, age 82, of Aberdeen, passed away on December 4, 2023, at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital.

He was born in Moore County on May 28, 1941, to Ralph and Bertha Sheffield Williams. Earl had a passion for woodworking, cars, and fishing.

He is survived by his wife Janet Littleton Williams of the home; daughter Emily Williams; sons Ricky Williams (Lisa) of Robbins and James Williams (Jill) of Troy; sisters Elaine Watt (Jack) of Asheboro, Faye Coble of Trinity, and Marie Starling of Asheboro; brothers Robert Williams (Irene) of Asheboro, Rufus Williams (Kathy) of Seagrove, and Wayne Williams of Seagrove. Earl leaves behind four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 8, 2023, at Phillips Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the charity of one's choice.
