Frances Beane Dunn

Frances Marie Beane Dunn, age 92, passed away on October 4, 2025, at her home.

Born on March 2, 1933, in Montgomery County to Thomas and Pearl Beane, Frances dedicated much of her life to her work in the textile industry before retiring.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Walter E. Dunn; sons Richard Dunn, Mitchell Dunn, and daughter Brenda Carnevale, sister Hazel Saunders, brothers Pete Beane, Ralph Beane and Mitchell Beane.

She is survived by her daughters Coleen Gibson, Sylvia Cardenas, Linda Dunn and Kathy Boggs; son Larry Dunn; brothers Hobert Beane and Gurney Beane. As well as twelve grandchildren, thirty eight great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at Big Oak Church of God at 2:00 pm with Rev. Darrell Wright and Rev. Tim Beck officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:30-1:45 pm. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
