Jackson Springs - Frank Alexander Griffin, Jr., 52, of 1282 Windblow Road, died Sunday, August 21, 2011, at Carolinas Medical Center. Graveside service will be held at 4:00 PM, Wednesday, August 24, 2011, at Long Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Larry Beaver officiating. He was a native of Wadesboro, NC and was a former furniture worker. He is survived by his wife, LeKuitta Richardson Griffin, of the home; sons, Derek Lenzie Griffin, Nate Dwallan Griffin, both of the home; mother, Frances Jarrell Beane, of Troy; step-son, Timothy Richardson Blake of Ellerbe. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM, Wednesday, August 24, 2011, at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star.
