Pernell Garrison

Hesther Pernell Garrison, age 83, of Matthews, passed away on May 2, 2022 at her home.

Pernell was born on May 30, 1938 in Moore County to Clegg and Hesther Monroe Kearns.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Garrison.

She is survived by her daughters Carla Garrison of Matthews and Dawn Deckard (Dan) of Charlotte. Granddaughter Danielle Deckard of Lakeland, FL.
