James Clementh Hicks Jr.

James Clementh Hicks Jr., 69, of Star, passed away on January 13, 2023, peacefully in his sleep.

James was born on June 14, 1953, in Montgomery County, he was the son of James Clementh Hicks Sr. (Pete)  and Betty Ann Royal, who preceded him in death.  

James graduated from East Montgomery High School and Montgomery Community College. He loved music and was a master musician. He taught music lessons to many in Montgomery County.

He is survived by his brothers, John Hicks and Joe Hicks; and sister, Sharon Crook.
