James T. LaFell Troy - James Thomas LaFell, age 51, of 920 Lindsey Road, Apt. 904, died Friday, January 30, 2009, at his home. Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2009, at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Glenn Hancock officiating. Burial will follow in Biscoe Cemetery. He was a native of Cook County, Ill. and did home improvements. Surviving are his sisters, Betty Parsons of Biscoe, DeAnne McHaffie of Saskatoon, Canada, Debbie Falco of Portland, Oregon; brother, Eddie LaFell of West End.
