James Darrell Lamonds, age 52 of Star passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at his home.
Mr. Lamonds was born December 5, 1969, in Moore County to James Calvin Lamonds and Mary Lois Kizar. He was employed in the meat department of Food Lion for 20 years.
James is survived by his mother Mary K. Vandevander and brother Rodney Vandevander both of Star, NC.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Montgomery County Humane Society, 1150 Okeeweemee Rd., Troy, NC 27371, Attn: Sally Morris.
Services for James will be held at a later date.
