James William Poole

James William Poole, age 61, of Biscoe, passed away on April 21, 2023 at his home.

James was born on December 7, 1961, in Hampton, VA, to Robert and Polly Hopper Poole. He attended West Montgomery High School. James loved music and enjoyed playing guitar and drums, especially with his long-time friends.  James was very mechanically inclined and relished an opportunity to help friends and family in need. His wit, as well as his generous, kind spirit, will be missed.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Poole, and sons, Aaron Poole and Tex Poole.

James is survived by his mother, Polly Poole of Biscoe; sister, Patsy Poole (Roy Saba) of Raleigh; brother, Chris Poole (Jessica) of Trinity; and fiancée, Margie Ringad.

A private service was held on April 22, 2023 at the home and was officiated by Rev. Mike Holyfield.
