Jesse Roger Houser, 66, of 1555 Hogan Farm Rd., Star, died Saturday, October 09, 2010 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital. A graveside service with military rites will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, October 11, at New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Clyde Comer officiating. Mr. Houser was a veteran of the U. S. Army. Surviving are: One Son: Jesse Scott Houser, Ramseur, NC Five Brothers: Jesse James Houser, Star, NC Gary Houser, Hickory, NC Woodrow Houser, Hickory, NC Arlen Houser, Hickory, NC Earl Houser, Collins, AL Five Sisters: Linda Blackburn, Winston Salem, NC Bernice Goins, Hickory, NC Marie Hale, High Point, NC Barbara Jean Dunn, Troy, NC Kay Frances No visitation is planned.
