Judith Blue Simmons

Judith Blue Simmons, 79, of Candor, passed away on October 7, 2023, at FirstHealth Hospice House.

Judith was born on April 7, 1944, in Moore County to John and Edith Harris Blue. She dedicated many years of her life to the textile industry, working as a secretary until her retirement.

She was preceded in death by her brothers Jerry Blue, Johnny Blue, and Roger Blue.

Judith is survived by her husband Paul Simmons of the home; her daughter Teresa Cagle of Candor; and her grandson Josh Cagle (Brooke) of Asheboro.

In memory of Judith, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the FirstHealth Hospice Foundation at 150 Applecross Road, Pinehurst, NC 28374.

Services to celebrate Judith's life will be held at a later date.
