Kathie Wright Allen

Kathie Lynn Wright Allen,70, of Star, passed away on January 7, 2023 at Autumn Care.

Kathie was born on July 5, 1952 in Chester, South Carolina, to the late Mr. John Ervine Wright Sr. and Colleen Sexton Wright. She was a graduate of Chester High School in 1970. She was very happy with her relationship at the end of her life.

She is survived by her companion, Larry Bennett of Star, NC; son, Christopher David Allen (Emily) of Flint, Michigan; grandchildren, Rosemary, Oliver, Carmen, Antonio, Andres, Selena and Marcus of Flint, Michigan; brothers, John E. Wright Jr. (Carolyn) of Conway, SC and Phillip Rogers Wright Sr. (Paula) of Chester, SC; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 15, 2023 at Phillips Funeral Home from 2:00-4:00 pm.
