Kathryn Riddle Westmoreland

Star - Kathryn Riddle Westmoreland, 96, died Thursday, March 17, 2016, at her residence.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 19, 2016, at Shady Grove Christian Church, where she was a member, with the Rev. Jeff Freeman and Rev. Clyde Allen officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 PM - 1:45 PM at the church.

Mrs. Westmoreland was born in Chatham County to Kemp and Eunice Holt Riddle. She was retired from BB Walker Shoes.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas James Westmoreland and son-in-law, Donald R. Campbell.

She is survived by her children, Sandra W. Campbell, Judy W. Mabe and husband, Wayne; grandchildren, Kevin James Campbell and wife, Tiffaney, Lori E. Campbell and husband, John Cocking, Megan M. Thompson and husband, Jeremy, Angela Mabe and fiancé, Daniel Poole; great-grandchildren, Cecilia Ray Campbell, Kathryn Rose Campbell, and James Matthew Thompson.
