Kevin Wallace Carter

Kevin Wallace Carter, 59, of Troy, passed away on October 19, 2023, at Atrium Health Stanly.

Kevin was born on May 23, 1964, in Montgomery County to Douglas and Virginia Davis Carter.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Kevin is survived by his sister Kathy Hilliard of Troy; brother Fred Carter (Roxanne) of Apex, nieces and nephews Nicole Hilliard, Anna Carter, Dillion Hilliard, Rachel Carter, Kasey Carter and great nieces Raeanna Parsons and Sara Hilliard.

Services will be held at a later date.
