Linda Kay Cagle

Linda Kay Cagle, age 80, of Seagrove passed away on January 28, 2026, at Montgomery Senior Living.

Linda was born on April 24, 1945, in Moore County to Lindsey and Josie Hancock Cagle.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters Mabel Simmons, Margaret Ann Ziegler and Patricia Ray.

She is survived by her nephews Paul Ray (Evelyn) of Seagrove, Grant Simmons (Debbie) of Seagrove, Tim Simmons (Tina) of Seagrove, Mark Simmons of Seagrove, Lee Ziegler (Cheryl) of Chattanooga, TN and Lowell Ziegler (Yvonne) of Raleigh; nieces Elizabeth Parrish (Phil) of Greensboro and Rosanah Foster (Jeff) of Vanwert, Ohio.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at Union Grove Baptist Church at 2:00 pm with Dr. Ron Chaney officiating.
