Martha Parsons

Martha "Louella" Parsons, age 76, of 312 South School Street, Candor, died Monday, May 10, 2010 at her residence. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, May 12, at Macedonia Presbyterian Church Cemetery, 3269 Candor-Troy Road, Biscoe, with the Rev. Fred Richardson officiating. Mrs. Parsons was retired from the hosiery mill where she was a sewer. She was predeceased by her husband, D. H. Parsons. Surviving are: Two Sons: Mike Parsons, Candor, NC Rockie Parsons, Winston-Salem, NC Two Sisters: Phyllis Nunn, Ellerbe, NC Pauline Aldred, Rockingham, NC 2 Grandchildren 5 Great Grandchildren The family will receive friends from 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM, Tuesday, May 11, 2010, at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star.
