Mary Hancock Aderholt

Mary Verlene Hancock Aderholt, age 81, passed away on April 14, 2026, at Randolph Hospice House.

Mary was born on March 7, 1945, in Moore County to Hurley and Lillie Hancock. She was a textile worker for many years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Junior, Marvin, Wilton and Bobby.

She is survived by her husband James Aderholt of the home; daughters Sharon Leviner (Jeff) and Karen Dehart(Jeff). Stepson Michael Aderholt, stepdaughter Wendy Berrios, brother Thurman Hancock and sister Vera Needham. Grandchildren Dillon Mabe (Stephanie), Matthew Dehart (Sarah) and Hannah Dehart. Step grandchildren Michael, Jr. and Delaney Aderholt. As well as two great grandchildren.

A private ceremony will be held.
