Biscoe - Moses Lee Freeman, 83, died Thursday, September 29, 2016 at his residence.
There will be no funeral services.
Mr. Freeman was born in Montgomery County to Jonah Lee and Emma Jane Moore Freeman. He was a retired furniture worker.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sons, Roger Freeman and Dexter Freeman.
He is survived by his daughters, Catherine McKenzie of Shallotte, Barbara Hicks of Biscoe; son, Colon Freeman, of Troy; sister, Eula Davis, of Biscoe; six grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to FirstHealth Hospice Foundation, 150 Applecross Road, Pinehurst, NC 28374.
