Myrtle Spivey Chriscoe

Seagrove - Myrtle Spivey Chriscoe, 79, of 1175 S NC Hwy 705, Seagrove, died Sunday, September 29, 2013 at FirstHealth Moore Regional hospital. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, October 2, at Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Arnold Comer officiating. Mrs. Chriscoe was born in Moore County to Harrison Franklin and Julie Comer Spivey. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Chriscoe was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Stanley Chriscoe, Jr. Surviving are her two sisters: Lula Moore of Seagrove and Allene Moore of Star. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, Tuesday, October 1, at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star.
