Poe Norris Caudill

Star - Poe Norris Caudill, Jr., 76, of 478 Ether Road, died Wednesday, December 22, 2010, at FirstHealth Moore Regional. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Mr. Caudill was born in Montgomery County to Poe N. and Crissie Allen Caudill, Sr. He was a retired mail carrier for the US Postal Service, a chicken farmer, and a veteran of the US Marine Corps. He was predeceased by his brother, Tommy Caudill, and sister, Peggy Williamson. Surviving are his wife, Dean Cole Caudill, of the home; daughter, Nicole Alvarez and husband, Robert, of Star; sons, Norris Caudill, Allen Caudill and wife, Lora, of Star; sisters, JoAn McBride of Star, Nancy Eggleston and husband, Bobby, of Weddington; brother-in-law, Henry Williamson, of Seagrove; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
