Rebecca "Becky" Davis

Rebecca "Becky" Freeman Davis, age 83, of Star, passed away on April 29, 2026, at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital.

Becky was born on January 4, 1943, in Moore County to Grady Freeman and Mamie Burns Freeman Maness. She proudly served her country in the United States Army.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons Craig Gluck and Michael Gluck and sisters Brenda Allred, Swannie Grant and brother Vernon Freeman.

She is survived by her husband Jerry D. Davis of the home, sons Keith Gluck (Brenda) of Star and Steven Gluck of Star; sisters Edna Stewart (David) of Biscoe, Elizabeth "Libby" Garner (David) of Robbins and Frieda Upchurch (Steve) of Robbins. As well as eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at Phillips Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00 pm.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 4, 2026, at Pine Grove Baptist Church at 11:00 am with Rev. Billy Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow at Big Oak Christian Church Cemetery with military honors by Randolph County Honor Guard.
