Robert Lee Hunsucker

Troy - Robert Lee Hunsucker, 83, of 2051 NC Hwy 109 North, died Wednesday, July 27, 2011, at his residence. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 30, 2011, at Lomax Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Wayne Lisenby and Rev. Chip Bryant officiating. He was born in Montgomery County to Arnold and Daisy Mae Smith Hunsucker and was a retired ice plant repairman/packer. Surviving are his wife, Betty Jo Hardister Hunsucker, of the home; son, Donnie Hunsucker of Star; daughter, Mitzi Hoy, of Troy; sister, Nellie McKenzie, of Charlotte; nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 9:30 AM - 10:30 PM, Saturday, July 30, 2011, at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star.
