Rosa Evelyn Britt

Mrs. Rosa Evelyn Britt, 94, of Biscoe, died Saturday, October 23, 2010 at Autumn Care of Biscoe. Funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM, Monday, October 25, at First Baptist Church Biscoe with the Rev. Larry Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in Biscoe Cemetery. Mrs. Britt was born in Forsyth County to Joseph Henry and Lelia Jane Stegall Allen. She was retired from Springs Mills and was an active member of First Baptist Church Biscoe. Mrs. Britt ws preceded in death by her husband, Colon Britt. Surviving are her son, Allen "Don" Britt, of Troy and her sister, Sarah Crouch and husband, Worth, of Rockingham. The family will receive friends Monday at the church prior to the service from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church Biscoe, PO Box 36, Biscoe, NC 27209.
