Star - Rosa Leach Williams, 90, died Sunday, October 2, 2016.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, October 5, 2016, at Leach Cemetery with the Rev. Gene Davis officiating.
Mrs. Williams was born in Montgomery County to Thomas Alexander and Mary Hursey Leach. She was retired from Russell Hosiery Mill and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert E. Williams, Sr. and son, Albert E. Williams, Jr.
She is survived by her daughters, Dianne Saunders (Johnny) of Star, Peggy Kidd of Robbins; sister, Louise Roney (Ernie) of Texas; grandsons, John Wayne Saunders (Susan) and Jonathan Saunders; great-grandchildren, Landen and Ivy.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM, Wednesday, October 5, 2016, at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star.
