Ruby Thelma Neese Scott

Seagrove - Ruby Thelma Neese Scott, 97, died Monday, March 13, 2017, at Autumn Care of Biscoe.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, March 17, 2017, at Asbury Baptist Church, where she was a member, with the Rev. Wayne Bryson officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends after the service in the fellowship hall.

Mrs. Scott was born in Guilford County and was retired from Union Carbide in Asheboro.

She was predeceased by her husband, Emmitt Scott, granddaughter, Leslie Miller, and brothers, Jasper Neese and Chalmer Neese.

She is survived by her daughter, Annie Hancock, of Pleasant Garden; son, Richard Rayle (Peggy) of Robbins; grandchildren, Ellen Radford (Shawn), Billy J. Rayle (Sherrie), Lorra Caudill (Allen), Karen Thompson (Wesley) and Earl Lee; 10 great-grandchildrenn Aidan Radford, Adam Miller, Evan Miller, Stephanie Grafford, Ryan Rayle, Mary Jo Shuping, Thomas Caudill, Jackson Thompson, Landon Thompson, Will Thompson; and 4 great-great-grandchildren, James Grafford, Declyn Grafford, Paige Rayle, and Parker Rayle.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Asbury Baptist Church, 395 Asbury Road, Seagrove, NC 27341.
