Sally Fannie Bowman

Sally Fannie Bowman, 92, of 215 Boone Street, Seagrove, died Tuesday, September 7, 2010, at her home. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, September 9, 2010, at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ron Terry officiating. Interment will follow in Randolph Memorial Park. She was a native of Patrick County, VA and was a retired hosiery mill pairer. She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Stevens, Jr. Surviving are her daughters, Josephine Willard of the home, Virginia Comer and husband, Ervin, of Seagrove; son, Hersey Stevens and wife, Grace, of Seagrove; daughter-in-law, Ann Stevens, of Asheboro; brother, Ed Bowman, of Archdale; half-sister, Mary Gallimore, of Star; half-brothers, Johnny Noah of VA, Jesse Noah of King; 6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.. The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Wednesday, September 8, 2010, at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star and other times at the home.
