Biscoe - Samantha Brooke Hussey, 18, of 302 Pine Street, died Wednesday, October 6, 2010, in Troy. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, October 9, 2010, at Faith Baptist Church with the Rev. Martin E. Davis and Dr. Don Davis officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. She was a native of Montgomery County, a 2010 graduate of East Montgomery High School, and was a student at Montgomery Community College. She was predeceased by her maternal grandfather, Jack Harris. Surviving are her parents, Paul and Marie Hussey, Jr., of the home; brother, Patrick Noah Hussey, of the home; maternal grandmother, Joyce Fain and husband, Oscar, of Claudville, VA; paternal grandparents, Paul and Thelma Hussey, Sr., of Biscoe; aunts, Donna Rae Hussey of Biscoe, Diane Kellam and husband, Robert, of Candor; cousin, Ryan Parsons; boyfriend, Michael Overton, of Biscoe. The family will receive friends from 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM Friday, October 8, 2010, at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star and other times at the home.
