Mt. Gilead - Sara Floydette Lindsey Decker, 57, of 155 Forest Hill Village Road, died Sunday, January 23, 2011, at her residence. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, January 26, 2011, at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Brewer officiating. She was a native of Broome County, NY.
