Shirley Sanders Garner

Shirley Sanders Garner, age 73, of Eagle Springs, passed away on February 13, 2024, at FirstHealth Hospice.

Shirley was born in Moore County on June 2, 1950, to Calvin and Annie Morgan Sanders. She dedicated many years of her life working in the textile industry before retiring.

In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her daughter, Denise Williams.

She is survived by her granddaughter, Ashley Sheffield of Fair Bluff; brothers, Frank Sanders, Winford "Boots" Sanders (Hilda) and Harold Sanders; as well as great grandchildren, Kadian, and Mason Sheffield.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 16, 2024, at the Sanders Family Cemetery at 2:00 pm with Reverend Hubert McLeod officiating.
