Terry Ray Auman

Terry Ray Auman, age 73, of Seagrove, passed away on August 16, 2026, at his home.

Mr. Auman was born on March 3, 1953, in Randolph County to Farrell and Althea Chrisco Auman Sr. Terry worked for GE, Black & Decker, Energizer and Post until his retirement.

He is survived by his wife Marilyn Morgan Auman of the home; daughters Angela Reese (Bobby) of Brevard and Jennifer Harris (Frank) of Pilot Mountain, sisters Linda Williams (Donald) and Chyerl Comer, brothers Farrell W. Auman Jr. (Josie) and Michael Auman (Barbara), as well as grandchildren Grant, Jackson, Chase and Sophie.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at Asbury Baptist Church at 12:00 pm with Rev. Allen Mashburn and Rey. Clyde Comer III officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:45 am. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
